Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned product at our facility.
- Once the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment:
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI
- Online/UPI Payments: Refund credited to the same account/card used during purchase
